Thank you for choosing Pediaquatics Swim Co. We offer digital swim-safety resources and custom print-on-demand products created individually for every customer. Because of the nature of our products, our return and refund policies differ based on the type of item purchased.

Digital Products (Ebooks and Downloadable Guides)

All digital products are final sale.
No refunds
No returns
No exchanges
No cancellations

Digital items provide immediate access once delivered, which means all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Print-on-Demand Products (Apparel, Accessories, and Custom Items)

All physical items are made to order and produced specifically for the customer. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered
• Wrong item ordered
• Changed mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Color variations due to screen differences

Made-to-order items cannot be resold.

Production Issues

We will replace or refund any item that arrives with a verified production error. This includes:

• Misprints
• Manufacturer defects
• Damage during production
• Incorrect item received

To qualify, you must submit a claim within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Unauthorized Returns

If a customer attempts to return an item directly to a Printful facility, the return will not be processed.
You may be responsible for any reshipping or disposal costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local carrier first.

If a package is lost in transit, a replacement may be offered depending on the carrier’s investigation.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Print-on-demand items enter production shortly after purchase, so cancellations are not possible.

Size and Fit Reminder

Please review all size charts and item details before purchasing. Since items are printed specifically for each order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
